Fixed
- Reviewed historical bans that were permanent or extremely lengthy where current 2025 enforcement would be far less severe.
- Provided a "second chance" opportunity for select historical rulebreakers in toxicity and low-severity teaming categories.
- We took the unprecedented step of launching an Unban Wave.
- 762 bans dating back to 2021 have been forgiven effective immediately:
- 185 permanent bans were for global chat-related offenses
- 301 permanent bans were for donating low/mid-tier loot
- 276 permanent bans were for base donations (with no other aggravating factors)
- Multiple
@mentionsystem bugs. - Welcome message issues for first-time and returning players.
- Multiple bugs with the
#vending-searchbot. - An admin tool bug that could occasionally clear note text.
Deleted
- Several spammy server chat messages.
- We pushed the largest Unban Wave in Lone Wolf Rust history: 2,850 historical permanent bans for chat-related offenses have now been forgiven, as these would currently only warrant a mute under our current rules/enforcement.
