1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Lone Wolf Rust game server, https://lonewolfrust.gg or affiliated websites, official Discord servers, subscription services (including Wolf Pass), or any related digital services or tools, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of all services.

2. Company Information

Lone Wolf Rust LLC is a New York limited liability company operating privately managed Rust game server infrastructure and related online services.

All services are operated at the sole discretion of Lone Wolf Rust LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our").

3. Eligibility

You represent that you:

  • Are at least 13 years old (or older if required by your jurisdiction).
  • Have a valid Steam account.
  • Are legally permitted to use online services.
  • Will comply with all posted server rules and policies.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

4. Nature of Services

Lone Wolf Rust provides access to private digital game server environments.

You acknowledge and agree:

  • Game data may be reset ("wiped") periodically.
  • Items, rankings, statistics, and progression may be modified or deleted at any time.
  • Digital purchases grant access privileges, not ownership rights.
  • Services may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, cyberattacks, or technical failure.
  • We do not guarantee uptime or availability.

All services are provided for entertainment purposes only.

5. Enforcement & Account Actions

Lone Wolf Rust enforces strict gameplay and conduct policies.

We reserve the absolute right to:

  • Suspend or permanently ban users.
  • Deny access without prior notice.
  • Restrict communication privileges.
  • Refuse service at our discretion.

Violations may include, but are not limited to:

  • Cheating or exploit abuse.
  • Ban evasion.
  • Teaming violations (where applicable).
  • Harassment or extreme toxicity.
  • Use of slurs or hate speech.
  • Conduct harmful to the community or brand.

Certain violations may result in permanent, unappealable bans. All enforcement decisions are final.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Digital Goods

6.1 Digital Access

Subscriptions (including Wolf Pass) and digital purchases:

  • Provide non-transferable access privileges.
  • Do not grant property ownership.
  • May be modified or discontinued at any time.

6.2 No Refund Policy

All payments are final unless required by law.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in:

  • Immediate permanent ban.
  • Revocation of all access privileges.
  • Recovery actions where permitted by law.

6.3 Pricing Changes

We may modify pricing or subscription benefits at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

All content including logos and branding, custom plugins and server configurations, written materials and policies, enforcement systems, and analytics tools are the property of Lone Wolf Rust LLC.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or commercially exploit proprietary systems without written permission.

8. User Content & Monitoring

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Communications may be logged and monitored.
  • Text and voice communications may be transcribed for moderation purposes.
  • Evidence may be stored for enforcement review.
  • Public submissions may be archived.

We are not responsible for user-generated content.

9. Third-Party Services

Our services integrate with platforms including Steam, Discord, BattleMetrics, payment processors, and hosting providers.

We are not responsible for outages or actions taken by third-party services.

10. No Warranties

Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lone Wolf Rust LLC and its owner shall not be liable for loss of game progress, loss of digital purchases, bans or suspensions, indirect or consequential damages, emotional distress, or lost profits or business interruption.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the preceding twelve (12) months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lone Wolf Rust LLC from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of services, your violation of applicable law, or your interactions with other players.

13. Termination of Services

We may modify gameplay, shut down servers, rebrand or restructure services, or discontinue offerings at any time without liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

15. Informal Dispute Resolution Requirement

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to:

  1. Send written notice of your dispute to contact[at]lonewolfrust.gg.
  2. Provide detailed description of the claim.
  3. Allow 30 days for good-faith informal resolution.

No arbitration may begin until this process is completed.

16. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

16.1 Agreement to Arbitrate

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of services, enforcement decisions, or payments or subscriptions shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration.

16.2 Arbitration Procedure

Arbitration shall:

  • Be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under Consumer Arbitration Rules.
  • Be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator.
  • Take place in New York (unless otherwise required by law).
  • Be conducted in English.
  • Be resolved on an individual basis only.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to determine enforceability of this arbitration agreement.

16.3 Waiver of Jury Trial

You waive the right to trial by jury.

16.4 Class Action Waiver

You agree that:

  • Claims may only be brought individually.
  • You may not participate in a class action or representative proceeding.
  • The arbitrator may not consolidate claims.

If this waiver is found unenforceable, the arbitration agreement is void.

16.5 Exceptions

Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.

16.6 Limitation Period

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim. Claims filed after this period are permanently barred.

17. Severability

If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force.

18. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
