Every account is checked by the Firewall as it connects. An account that misses any of the eight requirements, such as a game ban, a VAC ban under three years old, an account under 30 days old or a VPN, is turned away automatically. See the requirements and what to do next

GeForce NOW and ShadowPlay are allowed. Other VPNs are blocked by the Firewall. If you genuinely need one, open a VPN exception ticket in our Discord. Exceptions aren't given for ping, because a VPN doesn't improve it.

When the server is full, new players wait in a queue. Wolf Pass and Moonlighter (300 hours played in one wipe) skip it.

Yes. No teams, no allies, no working together for an advantage. Around fights, monuments, raids and events, kill-on-sight applies: fight or leave. Read the Solo Only rules

No. Only the map wipes, so your blueprints are kept.

Every day at 4:00 AM Eastern.

Yes, with Wolf Pass. It includes our Build & Preview server, where you can explore the upcoming map and test base builds before wipe day.

Yes. Map votes are held in our Discord, and you can suggest a map with a Map suggestion ticket.

Press F7 in game. It records the player and sends it straight to staff. Then open a ticket in our Discord with what happened, when, where and who. How to report a player

Callouts in global chat warn the player they're being watched, so the evidence disappears. The first time earns a temporary mute. Why we mute callouts

Once per ban, yourself, through the Ban Appeal button in our Discord's #open-a-ticket channel. The decision is final. How to appeal

You can appeal once, but these bans are never reduced on appeal: cheating (except autoclicker bans), ban evasion, and bans that come from a Steam game ban or VAC ban.

It can be, for lower-severity bans, if you have no earlier offences here and you're civil, honest about what happened, understand the rule and will follow it. Calling out a player doesn't count as an earlier offence. Meeting all of this makes a reduction possible, not certain.

Playtime roles show how long you've played on Lone Wolf Rust. Only time on our server counts, and each role is added automatically when you reach it. Register your account to get your role on Discord too. You keep every role below your highest, and Scout and above unlocks the Council.
